Received a faulty or incorrect item?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on jewellery if it is damaged or incorrectly sent. If this has occurred, returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving order and must be in the same condition that you received it in. Item must be in original packaging.

- Short description of damage or incorrect item
- Photos for inspection (if applicable)
